Q1: If the items we need are not in your product list, can you develop the mouldling for us?
A: Yes, we develop and customize many mouldings for our customers for special hot car type in their country’s market.
Q2: Which kind of metal material do you use for production?
A: High Quality Steel with the thickness 0.8mm are used as raw material for production, we bought the steel from Baosteel, the biggest state-owned enterprise for steel material in China.
Q3: What is your packaging method?
A: Cartoon are normally used for our packaging with the Bubble film inside to prevent damage. We can use neutral packing without any words on the cartoon, or customer’s logo on the packing is also acceptable if the quantity is big enough.
Q4. What is your terms of payment?
A: For small order, we need T/T 100% in advance.But for big order,T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q5. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.
Q6. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 7 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
